When shipments go beyond our normal or standard shipping and handling processes, additional charges may be applied to your shipment in addition to the standard shipping rates. The chargeable amount will be dependent on the type of service offered. Any change to prior selected optional service must be notified to us, customers may still be responsible for optional services requested if changes are made when the shipment is already in transit. We will duly refund customers their exact payment if optional service they requested is not rendered.
